House Rules and Amenities
Property Type: Condo - first floor
- Booking Schedule: From June through September, our bookings run from Saturday 3:00 PM (arrival) to Saturday 10:00 AM (departure). At all other times there is a 4-night minimum. Please inquire if you have any questions about specific dates.

Rental Rates & AVAILABILITY
From June through September the minimum stay is 7 nights with arrival on Saturday after 3:00 P.M. and departure the following Saturday at 10:OO A.M. For all other months the minimum stay is 4 nights. To see the rental rate and latest availability calendar check out our site on VRBO.com/1162922, through which you may also book using a credit card, however doing so will incur an additional VRBO charge of approximately 10%. To avoid that fee and pay by personal check, send your reservation request or questions by contacting us directly at jepva@yahoo.com. For reservations made more than 60 days from arrival date, one-half is due upon making the reservation, with the second half due 60 days before arrival. For all others the total amount will be due when making the reservation.

Pet Fees
- The pet fee is $20 per night regardless of the number of dogs . No more than two dogs are permitted per stay (sorry, no cats or other critters). It is necessary that you inform us of your desire to have your furry friends accompany you in order to include that information in the rental agreement. Having pets on the premises without a pet-friendly rental agreement, or having more than two dogs on the premises, may result in eviction and forfeiture of all funds paid
Dewey Beach Rental Tax
- An amount of 3% of the combined rental rate and pet fee will be charged per stay.
Payment and Cancellation Policies
- Full payment by check (NO e-checks or credit cards) is required for any reservation made within 60 days of the arrival date. For reservations made more than 60 days out, a check for a minimum of 50% of the total due must be received by us before your reservation can be confirmed. The total balance must be received at least 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation of the reservation.
- Salty Kiss Seaside is a one-unit enterprise. Therefore, the loss of income produced by a cancellation cannot be spread out as is the case in a 50 room hotel. Accordingly, the following charges will be assessed based on the number of days before scheduled arrival a written cancellation is received: 60 days or more, no penalty; 30 to 59 days, forfeiture of 50% of all funds paid; less than 30 days, 100% forfeiture of all funds paid. If the property is re-rented for any portion of the dates covered by the lease, the cancellation charge shall be reduced by the amount of the new rental fee received by the Owner. No refunds will be given for a) inclement weather, including hurricanes or storms or the forced evacuation of the property caused thereby; b) beach replenishment; c) noise or disturbances caused by surrounding properties, their inhabitants, or construction; or d) any other reason beyond the Owner's control
